Cancel before your 5 day free trial ends and you pay nothing. This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for Coparenting Guard, sold by AMA STORE LLC.
1. Free trial
- Every new member gets a 5 day free trial with full access. A payment card is required to start it.
- We will not charge you if you cancel at any time before the trial ends.
- If you do not cancel, your chosen plan starts automatically when the trial ends: $9 per month or $79 per year, plus any tax that applies.
2. How to cancel
- Log in and go to My Account, then Subscriptions, then Cancel. Or tap Manage subscription in the app’s Account page.
- Or email [support email] from the email on your account and we will cancel it for you.
- After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.
3. Refunds

| Yearly plan after the 7 day window | No refund. Access continues until the end of the year |
| Upgrade from monthly to yearly | Your monthly plan is stopped so you are never charged twice. The yearly payment follows the rules above |
| Duplicate charge or billing error | Full refund of the extra charge |
We may refuse a refund if the account has broken our Terms and Conditions, or if refunds are repeatedly requested on the same account.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email [support email] from the email on your account. Include your name and the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment card. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most billing problems are solved within a day by email.
6. Your data after cancelling
Cancelling does not delete your records. If you come back, everything will be where you left it. To delete your data, use “Delete all my data” in the app’s Account page, or email us.
7. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
